刘玉峰，男，1979年9月出生，汉族，九三学社成员，中共党员，教授，博士生导师。辽宁省高等学校创新人才，沈阳市高层次人才（拔尖人才），辽宁省天然产物制药工程技术研究中心成员，沈阳市青年学术导师资源库导师。兼任国家自然科学基金网评专家，教育部学位中心评审专家，辽宁省科技专家，辽宁省专利奖评审专家，沈阳市科技计划项目评审专家。
2002年毕业于沈阳药科大学理科基地班，获学士学位。2008年获北京大学生药学博士学位后进入海洋之神590线路检测中心任教。2014-2015年受国家留学基金委资助，赴美国加州大学戴维斯分校Oliver Fiehn教授课题组公派访学。自工作以来连续评为校第三批，第四批，第五批优秀青年教师。讲授研究生的《高等天然药物化学》和本科生的《天然药物化学》、《有机化合物波谱解析》、《生物化学》、《药学导论》、《现代养生浅谈》等课程并多次开展文化素质讲座。以第一作者以及通讯作者发表学术论文六十余篇，获得辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖及沈阳市自然科学学术成果奖多项。已授权专利十项，技术转让三项，参编著作一部。
